The process of creating a sign always begins with the design. Our company is proud of its award winning designers and the attention they give to the details of effective design. In the design phase, you will meet for a preliminary session to review the parameters of the project followed by one or more evaluation sessions until a finished design is approved. Whether we are adapting an existing logo or starting from a blank page – the design stage is critical in successfully identifying your business.  Renderings are  produced to scale and in full color. Careful attention to detail, scale, contrast, readability and structure result in greater success at this review process and a more pleasing & effective sign.

Zoning & Permit matters are professionally researched and filed by staff with over 20 years experience. Recent Penn State University traffic research data regarding readability and traffic safety is cited in successful sign area variances applications. Specialists are available when local zoning restrictions are unduly restrictive. Most local codes and application forms are on file in our office.

Fabrication is handled by a team of experienced craftsmen. Most of the process is computerized for accuracy and precision. The CNC routing allowed for precise cutting of outline shapes and letters in our example. Your project will be fabricated from the most weather resistant materials available – typically aluminum, high density urethane and other synthetic materials finished in an acrylic urethane enamel paint. Custom colors are easily matched to a Pantone number or paint chip. When a natural look is required, mahogany, cedar or redwood is used with UV resistant clear coats.

Installation of your finished sign is performed once all permits are received. Attention to detail and safe work site practices are stressed. Fasteners and brackets are designed to be nearly invisible once installation is complete. Hardware is always non corrosive and care is taken to protect existing fixtures, facades and painted surfaces.
